Bids (in electronic form) should reach the ESERA Secretary, Manuela Welzel on or before January 31, 2010. E-mail: manuelawelzel@gmx.de
Bids should indicate the following :
- the applicants’ names and institutions
- the names of the organising committee
- the proposed location of the conference (with a description of the venue
- previous involvement of the organisers in ESERA events (particularly previous summer schools in bids to host the Summer School)
- a rationale (500-1000 words) indicating why the bid should be chosen.
The successful bids will be announced in March 2011.
