Investigating the History of Science Education

The ESERA SIG 9 Histories of Science Education is launching the call of a 2nd webinar since its foundation in June 2024. Using the work of Edgar Jenkins, including his book Science for All: The struggle to establish school science in England, we would like to address issues about the challenges of investigating the history of science education in different contexts. We will have the opportunity to focus the conversation on questions, methods and sources of historical inquiry that can inspire and orient our work. If you are thinking in starting a historical inquiry in our field…. Join the webinar!!!
