ESERA Book Series: Call for Book Proposals

Contributions from Science Education Research is the international, multidisciplinary book series of ESERA.  The series is published under the imprint of Springer, it carries the ESERA logo and is indexed in Scopus.

The aim of the series is to synthesise, for the benefit of the scholarly community, the findings of high quality, theoretically framed research in the domain of science education as well as comprehensive explorations of specific methodological strands in science education research. The series aims to publish books that are innovative in attempting to forge new ways of representing emergent knowledge in the field.

The series includes edited collections of chapters and monographs that are evaluated based on originality, scientific rigor and significance for science education research. The book series is intended to focus mainly on work carried out in Europe. However, contributions from researchers affiliated with non-European institutions and non-members of the European Science Education Research Association are welcomed to submit their proposals. The series is designed to appeal to a wide audience of researchers and post-graduate students in science education.

The advantage to authors seeking to publish in the ESERA series is that their book will be available to ESERA members at a greatly reduced price, can be published open access at a discount, and will be actively marketed at ESERA and other major science education conferences.

Interested authors of monographs or editors of thematic collections of chapters should submit proposals to the Editor-in-Chief for consideration by the Editorial Board. The author(s)/editor(s) can submit a proposal through the Book proposal Form.

Book proposals for this series should be submitted to the Publishing Editor: Claudia Acuna E-mail: Claudia.Acuna@springer.com
