ESERA ECR Travel Grants 2025
For 2025, ESERA offered ten travel grants of 1.000 euros for early career researchers to visit other countries to meet science education researchers with expertise relevant to applicants’ projects. The executive board received 33 applications, and the overall quality was high. Applications were evaluated focusing on 1) need for financial support to carry out the visit, 2) benefit of the visit for the professional development of the awardee, and 3) feasibility of the anticipated outcomes of the visit. The board also worked to ensure a broad geographical spread of home and host countries. All applicants were notified about the results in the end of January.
